Contact us

The phone number, WhatsApp and email that reach the Sijil team, and the hours they are answered.

This page is how to reach the Sijil team, and one thing worth reading before you do: most questions about a particular child are questions for the madrasa rather than for Sijil. Attendance, fee amounts, receipts, invite codes and PINs are all in the madrasa's own hands, and its office can act on them the same afternoon — a message to us about one of those only ends up forwarded there.

Everything else, we would rather hear about early than late, and that includes a screen that looks wrong.

How to reach us

WayWhereWhen
Phone+92 371 2633733Mon – Sat, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
WhatsAppthe same numberThe same hours, and the fastest of the three when something is urgent
Emailcontact@sijil.pkAny time. Answered within a day
The form on the sitethe contact section of the home pageAny time. It reaches the same inbox as the email

Write in Urdu or English, whichever is easier — both are read, and the reply comes in the language you wrote in.

What to put in a first message

If you have not registered yet, three things turn a reply into an answer rather than a list of questions back: how many students, how many asatiza, and what you are hoping to fix. The form asks for exactly that, along with the madrasa's name and city.

If you are already on Sijil, add the madrasa's address — its subdomain — and, for anything that looks wrong on a screen, what you were doing immediately before it. A sentence of that kind is worth more than a description of the screen.

If the form will not send

The form accepts five messages an hour from one connection and says so rather than quietly dropping the sixth. If you meet that limit, WhatsApp is the way through; sending the same message again is not.

Who to ask for what

Half of what people write to us about is faster in the madrasa's own hands, so:

What you needWhere it comes from
A child's attendance, a fee amount, a receiptThe madrasa's office. The Mohtamim has all three on screen
A parent's forgotten PIN, or a fresh invite codeThe madrasa, from the student's Parents tab
A new phone approved for an Ustaz, or a lost one cut offThe madrasa, from Settings → Devices
A Login PIN or a Hazri PIN for an UstazThe madrasa. The Mohtamim issues both
A registration still undecided, or an approval email that never arrivedUs
A screen behaving wrongly, or a number that looks wrongUs, with the madrasa's subdomain and what you were doing
An Admin PIN that is genuinely lostUs. There is no reset screen, so treat it as a repair rather than a routine
Something you can see that you should not be able tosecurity@sijil.pk, which is also in the footer of every page

Hours, and what to expect

Replies come within a day and a person writes them. The phone and WhatsApp are answered Mon – Sat, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, so a message sent on Sunday night is read on Monday morning.

Registration applications are read on the same clock and usually decided within a day, and the decision arrives by email either way. If yours has been longer than that, say so — the application is not lost, and asking about it is not a nuisance.
